"Solid integrations, but setup was a bit annoying"
It works well with Salesforce, which is the main thing I needed. Getting it set up took some fiddling though, and whoever runs this really needs to make that part smoother. Once it was connected, it did the job fine

"Honestly relieved by how easy it’s been"
We use Docu Sign for our contracts, and I was a little worried at first about the security settings and compliance side of things. But after trying it, it’s been really straightforward. It works fine overall, but setting up the fields felt a bit fiddly and took more clicking than I expected. To be fair, I was trying to get it done in a hurry, so the timing probably made it feel more annoying than it really was.

"I was surprised by how easy it..."
I was surprised by how easy it was to add fields, drag them around, and mark certain ones as required. You know, the kind of basic stuff that somehow usually turns into a whole project. It made cleaning up messy forms way less annoying and definitely saved me time.

I really like that all my signed papers are saved in one place. When I need to pull up an old contract, it’s quick and I’m not clicking around confused forever. Just makes things alot easier.

I use Docu Sign often for sending client contracts, and I like that I can make everything feel a bit more like it’s coming from our team. I added our logo, brand colors, and email style without too much hassle. I’m always a little picky about how client-facing stuff looks, so it was nice not having the documents feel like some random generic link. I started using Docu Sign mainly to manage templates, it’s made a big difference in my day-to-day work. I used to spend way too much time rebuilding the same types of documents over and over, but now once I set up the fields and roles, I can reuse everything without starting from scratch. It did take me a little while to figure out where a few menus were at first, but once I got past that, it became smooth. It’s definitely cut down on a lot of the boring admin work I used to deal with

I mostly use DocuSign for signing work documents, it’s been really straightforward. I get the email, open the link, click through the spots they mark, sign, and that’s it. No confusing steps or searching around for the right button. Even the first time I used it, I didn’t feel like I needed anyone to walk me through it. It also saves me from having to print, sign, scan, and send things back, which feels fair for everyone involved since it makes the whole process quicker and less of a hassle.

"Super convenient for signing on the go"
I was away from my laptop and needed to sign a couple of forms, and the Docu Sign app made it easy. I opened the email, reviewed the document, tapped through the signature boxes, and had everything sent back in just a couple minutes. The only small annoyance was the login acting up once, which was a bit frustrating in the moment. But after that, it worked smoothly with no crashes, and it was really handy to get it done right from my phone.

"Helpful reporting, with a few rough edges"
I mainly use Docu Sign to keep an eye on document status and pull reports, and for that it does the job well. The analytics make it easy to see what’s still waiting on someone and what’s already wrapped up, without having to click through everything manually. Exporting reports has been smooth too. The only thing holding it back a bit is that some of the filters aren’t as intuitive as they could be, so I sometimes spend a little extra time finding what I need. Overall, it’s solid and definitely saves me time.

i use the admin dashboard often for adding users, checking envelope statuses, and updating permissions. It’s straightforward enough that I’m not wasting time digging through menus, which has made managing our team a lot easier than it used to be. No major issues so far.

I mostly use DocuSign to send the same forms to a long client list, and bulk send has been a huge help. Upload the list, send once, done.

It’s not flawless every time, but it cuts out so much repeat busywork. Happy with it overall.

"API docs were easy, I just picked a bad time to set it up"
We use docusign mostly through the API, and it’s been solid for us. The developer docs were easy enough to follow, and the examples helped me get our first envelope sending in a few hours instead of spending days on it.

I did run into a couple small auth setup issues at the start, but that was partly on me for trying to do it during a busy week when I was already rushed. Their tools and logs made it easy to figure out what was going wrong, and overall I’m really happy with it. It’s saved us a lot of manual work.
